Ms Regina Chinamasa is the Commissioner General of the Zimbabwe Revenue Authority (ZIMRA).  

She is a seasoned tax administrator with a over two decades of diverse experiences in the fields of revenue mobilisation, trade facilitation and enforcement of compliance to fiscal laws.

Ms Chinamasa is a transforming the domestic revenue mobilisation agenda of Zimbabwe through introduction of good tax and customs administration practises leveraged on digitalisation and people focus.

She has held various leadership roles at regional level which include being the Regional Chair of the 14-member World Customs Organisation- East and Southern Africa (WCO-ESA) Region where, she was instrumental in the development of sustainable policies on Gender Inclusivity and Diversity within the WCO-ESA region.

As a member of the African Tax Administration Forum and ATWIN, she championed the formation of the Women in Taxes chapter in Zimbabwe in order to promoted advancement of women at various levels including leadership development.   

In 2022, Ms Chinamasa won the Institute of Directors Zimbabwe’s Director of the Year and Woman Director of the Year respectively.
